The AI studio that
shows its working
i-AI exists because most AI projects are demos that never survive contact with real customers. We're the engineers who make intelligence boring: measured, guarded, and running in production for years.
// the story
Why we work this way
We've watched businesses buy AI twice: once from someone who promised magic, and once from someone who cleaned up after it. We'd rather be the second call that never needs to happen.
Everyone here is a software engineer first. We came to AI from years of shipping web applications, databases and infrastructure, which is why our AI systems come with tests, evals, spend caps and rollback plans instead of a demo video and an invoice.
The habit that defines us: before we build anything intelligent, we agree with you what "good" means in numbers. Accuracy against real examples, cost per query, time saved per week. Then we measure it, forever. If the graph dips, we're on it before you know it moved.
// operating principles
Rules we don't break
No eval, no launch
Every AI system is measured against real examples before it meets a customer. Unmeasured intelligence is a liability with a chat window.
Humans approve consequences
AI drafts, flags and suggests. Refunds, emails and anything with a signature waits for a person.
The right tool, even when it's dull
If a rules-based script beats a language model, we say so and build the script. It's cheaper and it never hallucinates.
You own your code, data and models
Full repository access from day one, prompts and pipelines included. Leaving us is easy, which is why nobody has to.
// who we work with
A good fit, honestly stated
Established businesses
Your team spends hours on work a machine should do: retyping documents, answering the same questions, chasing the same reports. We automate it carefully, one measured step at a time.
Funded founders
You're building a product where AI is the point, and you need it accurate, affordable and defensible before investors and customers start asking hard questions.
Agencies and software teams
Your clients are asking for AI and you'd rather partner than improvise. We work white-label or side-by-side with your developers.
